Veltex Corporation Announced on October 24, 2005
the 2006 Guidance today announced its forward-looking
estimates for 2006. The Company expects to continue its
successful growth trend with further positive advances
in revenue and profitability.
Veltex had previously announced that 2005 gross revenues
are projected to surpass $60 million with net income
between $9 and $10 million. There are currently
9,732,087 shares outstanding with expected 2005 net
earnings of $.92 - $1.02 per share.

manufacturer KCA Garment Industries, and Velvet
Textile Mills Allow the Company to be
extraordinarily competitive. Offers quality products
at the lowest price of any major provider to the
U.S. market. Labor costs in Bangladesh are 95
percent lower than the U.S., even though Veltex pays
generous salaries by Bangladesh standards. Many of
the materials are imported quota free into the U.S.
Direct to the retailer. VLXC does not
